We helped AKKA to build a strong digital presence and develop a seamless customer experience using various integrations.

The Client

AKKA Group, a prominent investor in the construction, retail, food, and tourism markets of numerous Turkish cities, had trouble systematizing their digital assets as part of their corporate operations. Additionally, they sought guidance in order to improve and monitor the customer experience.

The Solution

Landing page design and form design were made to improve AKKA's website both technically and in terms of performance. The IVR menu, which also provides live-chat integration, has been added to the website. At the same time, strategic suggestions were given about the marketing processes of the website. Chat Flows were created using Messagebird, which enables the integration of all social media channels used by AKKA, and in this way, the customer support journey was customized. By integrating HubSpot and other CRM applications, consultancy and suggestions were generally given through HubSpot. Marketing & Sales dashboards were created and operationally opened tickets were processed properly. The contact database has been reorganized and cleaned and the data flow has been properly processed. Arrangements were made about the deal processes and suggestions were given about the pipelines. Finally, proper processing of inbox tickets was established to provide a good customer support foundation.

The Result

As Hypenos, we helped develop AKKA's digital presence. We also strengthened customer relations by providing HubSpot consultancy services and made recommendations regarding the operations carried out.
