The Client

Timus was established to help organizations to build and secure modern workplaces. However, they struggled to improve the customer experience and needed a solution to coordinate their operations.

The Solution

HubSpot Onboarding was carried out for Timus with our professionals. With the CRM implementation, all the data about customers and leads were kept in one place and tasks in the marketing and sales processes were automated. Manual labor was reduced by making HubSpot integrations with Timus's existing tools. HTML emails were designed for use in HubSpot, creating a personalized experience for each customer. Workflowswere established to automate repetitive marketing, sales, and customer service tasks to grow business operations. We created custom properties to store the unique data of Timus and made sure that the properties they used before are properly integrated into HubSpot. With the API integration we established, we automate tasks by integrating Timus company programs and databases with the applications they are currently using. We also created their personalized signatures and offered suggestions on the forms they use.

The Result

As Hypenos, we improved customer experiences and operational processes by performing Timus's HubSpot onboarding and providing consultancy services.
